The whole "flat packin...I love your pop out rings. The whole "flat packing" thing is something I find intriguing. And as far as the SNAG thing goes, I agree that it sounds like a huge mis-understanding. At least the presenters are getting feedback and will hopefully use that to think about future presentations, and it has opened up a dialogue, which should be interesting to see unravel.
