okay so I know it has been done before and I have already posted a bunch of photos of some prototypes but I just couldn't resist. A punch out ring. I am also trying to avoid the controversy going on with SNAG. I just think it is a HUGE misunderstanding. Here goes:

I love your pop out rings. The whole "flat packing" thing is something I find intriguing. And as far as the SNAG thing goes, I agree that it sounds like a huge mis-understanding. At least the presenters are getting feedback and will hopefully use that to think about future presentations, and it has opened up a dialogue, which should be interesting to see unravel. I have a feeling this dialogue will have some influence on future publications of American Craft as well as Metalsmith.
